Login errors are the single most common frustration people report with mobile casino apps. The good news: most are simple and fixable, and your balance is tied to your account, not the app on your phone.
The usual causes, in order
- You're on an outdated app version — update before anything else.
- Your password is wrong; passwords are case-sensitive, so check Caps Lock and any autofill.
- You've been temporarily locked out after several failed attempts — wait before retrying.
- The server is briefly unreachable — a poor connection or maintenance window, not your account.
Quick fixes to try
- Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data
- Restart the app, then the phone
- Clear the app cache (Android: Settings → Apps → Storage)
- Check the date and time are set automatically
What NOT to do
Don't delete and re-install from a random link in a panic — that's exactly how people end up installing a fake, malicious copy. If you must re-install, use only a source you have already verified; our APK safety checklist shows how.
Never enter your online-banking password or a one-time code (TAC) into the game to "unlock" your account. No legitimate login flow asks for that.
If it still won't work
Contact official support through the channel you originally used, and be cautious of anyone in chat groups offering to "fix" your account for a fee — that is a common scam. More in our scam warning signs guide.
